Prepare the Package
Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all batteries, chargers, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship It Back
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at the designated carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for heavy bikes.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the item for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
